    Fresh Lemon Juice is combined with 3 of the 4 Native Australian Chillies, The Broome, Atomic Top End and the Atomic Heart. Wild foraged fresh Lilly Pillies and Tasmanian Pepperberries to start off this sauce with a difference. Finished with sugar and dried Lilly Pilli powder creates a sweet, sour and tangy medium chilli heat with lovely fruitiness and lingering Pepperberry heat. Great with Native Foods like barramundi and crocodile and the pepperiness pares wonderfully with your favourite steak.
