Medium heat seasoning with inspirations from the New Orléans waterfront. Very versatile flavours match well with all meats, seafood and vegetables especially potatoes. Try it also in Jambalaya or pulled pork. Can be used as a wet or dry rub or sprinkled over baked veges before they hit the oven. Matches well with dishes prepared using our other Deep South blends - Ravishing Rib Rub and Creole Black'nd Seasoning. -
