    Yellow Scorpion chillies are blended with a fresh seasonal mix of white and cream chillies, then mixed with freeze dried peach and blood orange powders. Fresh peaches are added to create this fruity and refreshing hot sauce. A subdued colour hides a scorpion sting that pairs well with fatty meats and seafood. Try with sashimi and sushi instead of wasabi.
