We start with cold pressed soya bean oil from Western Australia. Your favourite regional Chinese whole spices and rock salt are mixed with hot dried chilli flakes and powder. They are roasted and allowed to steep in the warm oil for up to 4 weeks. The resultant oil is deeply coloured and fragrant and packs a punch. Ideal with steamed Asian dumplings or added sparingly whenever you need to add flavour and aroma. Can also be added your Dumpling Dunkers Bundle. -
