    New seasons batch just completed. Fresh ripe Carolina Reaper and Long Red Chillies. Natural flavours and aromas of the Chinense super hot chilli are retained but given a boost with the natural funkiness of the pod. No fillers used. Just a little white vinegar, distilled water and stabilizer are added to allow it to be served by the drop. Take care with this one. Use sparingly. Heat rating 15/10. Stable in Chilli Festival chilli eating competitions.
