Reaper's Revenge

    New seasons batch just completed. Fresh ripe Carolina Reaper chillies are blended with a little garlic and traditionally salt mash fermented for 2 weeks. Natural flavours and aromas of the Chinense super hot chilli are retained but given a boost with the natural funkiness of the ferment. No fillers used. Just a little white vinegar, distilled water and stabiliser are added to allow it to be served by the drop. Comes is distinctive individual packaging. Ideal for gifting. Take care with this one.. Use sparingly. Heat rating 15/10.
