New seasons batch just completed. Fresh ripe Carolina Reaper chillies are blended with a little garlic and traditionally salt mash fermented for 2 weeks. Natural flavours and aromas of the Chinense super hot chilli are retained but given a boost with the natural funkiness of the ferment. No fillers used. Just a little white vinegar, distilled water and stabilizer are added to allow it to be served by the drop. Take care with this one.. Use sparingly. Heat rating 15/10.
