    Our special green spice blend crafted by our youngest chef. Use as a dry rub for chicken pieces going into the oven or mix with olive oil for a delicious BBQ marinade. Mild to medium heat with a tangy flavour. Fresh herbs, green chillies and fruit from our gardens are dried and blended with a number of spices for this tasty mix. Pairs especially well with our Moroccan Marauder Hot Sauce.
