    Fresh Ginger, Garlic, Onions and Shallots are slow roasted then infused into gently warmed grapeseed and vegetable oils for an intense flavours. Meanwhile hot dried red chillies are dry roasted with a blend of Chinese spices to near smoking point before being added to the mix. Allowed to infuse for several weeks. The result is a limited edition premium chilli oil with a deep colours, intense flavour and a serious chilli kick. Enjoy sparingly on your favourite south western Chinese dishes or drop on your steamed dumplings.
