    Fresh Ginger, Garlic, Onions and Shallots are slow roasted then infused into gently warmed vegetable oil for an intense flavour. Meanwhile hot dried red chillies are dry roasted before being added to the mix. Allowed to infuse for several weeks. The result is a limited edition premium chilli oil with a deep colour, intense flavour and a serious chilli kick. Enjoy sparingly on your favourite south western Chinese dishes or drop on your steamed dumplings.
