Bloody Hot Peach Sauce

    Yellow Scorpion, Sugar Rush Stripy and Sugar Rush Peach chillies are fermented then mixed with freeze dried peach and blood orange powders to create this fruity and refreshing hot sauce. A subdued colour hides a scorpion sting that pairs well with fatty meats and seafood. Try with sashimi and sushi instead of wasabi.
